Mango Banana Dream Smoothie

ingredients:

Layer in blender:

1 cup coconut water
1 cut up banana
1 cup fresh mango, cut in chunks
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
2 Tbsp flax seeds
3/4 cup plain yogurt

Give them a whirl and watch the happiness happen!
